Take Me to the River
Our project ‘Take Me to the River’ aims to get local people outdoors and connecting with nature along the River Crane in Hounslow. We are running free nature conservation and community events to help people discover the River, enhance the local environment, and improve habitats for wildlife. We are grateful to London Borough of Hounslow’s Thriving Communities Fund for funding the Project.
This is partnership project between Hounslow Council’s Parks Team, Let’s Go Out and Learn (LGOAL), and Habitats and Heritage (H&H).
