We are always looking out for volunteers who can contribute professional skills or advice. If you want to contribute your skills but cannot find an opportunity to suit or you have an idea for a voluntary project in the area then get in touch at hello@habitatsandheritage.org.uk

Did you know? Local Friends of Parks Groups are always looking for volunteers to help in various roles! Whether you’re into regular gardening and conservation sessions, social media, or even joining as a committee member, there’s a spot for you! Check out our Groups page to find a Friends of Parks Group near you and get involved!

To be a volunteer you don’t need any specialist knowledge or have professional skills. Just bring along your enthusiasm!

Whether it’s planting vegetation for water voles, recording bat species, spotting the important features of a significant local building, selling tickets at events or promoting us on social media. There are a whole range of activities and experiences on offer that will help you to gain new knowledge and skills.
