Join Habitats & Heritage and Dr Briony Hughes for a bat walk with a poetic twist! We’ll begin in our historic chapel with a short talk on the fascinating world of bats, followed by an introduction to Briony’s ecopoetry project. We’ll then head into the Old Burial Ground with bat detectors to spot different species, while Briony shares nature-themed poetry inspired by the bats’ calls. All ages welcome and no previous bat knowledge required.
