A journey through Sir Joseph Bazalgette’s London, discovering many of the structures this Victorian engineer left on the city’s landscape. The tour begins at Earl’s Court Station, travelling along Chelsea Embankment past the Western Pumping Station, several historic bridges and the Houses of Parliament with a comfort break to admire the York Watergate.
Duration: Approximately 2 hours, traffic permitting
Date & Time: Saturday 6 June at 11 am and at 2 pm
Meeting point: Earl’s Court Station, Warwick Road – Bus Stop C, SW5 9TB
