Bat Walk at Nursery Green

The Friends of Nursery Green, in partnership with Habitats & Heritage, invite local residents to join a guided bat walk at Nursery Green.

The walk will be led by Sophia Gregorio, Community Engagement Officer at Habitats & Heritage, and offers a chance to explore Nursery Green at dusk while discovering the fascinating bat species that may be active overhead. Bat detectors will be available for participants to use, and Sophia will demonstrate how they work while sharing insights into the bats encountered along the route.
The walk is suitable for all ages, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
The event is expected to finish between 9.00pm and 9.15pm.
