Chris Lee

Chris recently retired from Local Government after over 40 years service, most recently working as Director for Environment & Regeneration at Merton Council. For 3 years from 1998 he was appointed as Project Director of the Thames 2000 Project which built 5 river piers in central London and with TfL established the London riverboat service. In the latter part of his career he was focused increasingly on climate change, sustainability as well as public health issues. Chris is an avid cyclist and passionate about how we can preserve and enhance our wonderful city and respond to the climate challenge we face.
