Tharik Hussain

Tharik is the Outreach & Education Officer for the project, Burton: Exploring without Boundaries. He is an author, travel writer and Muslim heritage specialist with two decades of teaching experience. Tharik is passionate about making heritage more inclusive, relevant and representative, and is the creator of Britain’s first Muslim heritage trails in Woking, Surrey. He is also a fellow specialising in European Muslim heritage at the University of Groningen’s Centre for Religion and Heritage in the Netherlands.
