Energy Advice at the Hampton Summer Community Health Fair

Ruils will be hosting a free, walk-in health event at Hampton White House YMCA on Friday, July 28th from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm and our Energy Team will be there providing advice and tips to save money on the energy bills.

This event is also an opportunity to get free basic health checks as a part of the Health in Your Hands service.

There will be representatives from local organisations, interactive sessions focusing on well-being and wellness, raffles and more. So, do not miss it!
