Gardening for Wildlife Habitats: XR Hampton event with talk by Habitats & Heritage’s nature team

Come join us for a free talk about wildlife-friendly gardening at the Hampton Inspired Hub on Ashley Road, Hampton, (1 minute from Hampton Station) on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 7 – 9pm.

25% of London’s green space is private gardens, so they are very important habitats and corridors for wildlife. More than 1 in 4 species of animals, plants and fungi are at risk of extinction, threatening the biological diversity of our planet. Working together to protect nature has never been more urgent.

Our expert speaker will share practical tips on designing habitats that welcome birds, butterflies, bees, hedgehogs and more. From selecting native plants to providing food and shelter, you’ll learn how to transform your garden into a thriving sanctuary for creatures big and small and contribute to the conservation of our precious wildlife.
