Feel-Good Gardening at Strawberry Hill House for those living with dementia and their carers

Join a series of  gentle gardening workshops  for those living with dementia and their carers:. All workshops take place at Strawberry Hill House, 268 Waldegrave Road Twickenham TW1 4ST.

The workshops are free, but there is a suggested donation of £1 for refreshments.

Dates and times for afternoon sessions:

  • Look forward to Spring and sow Sweet peas (Thursday, March 28, 2024, 1-3pm)
  • Easter decorations (Date not provided): Decorate your home with a decoupage egg for Easter and sow tomato seeds ready for summer salads.
  • Here comes the sun (Thursday, April 18, 2024, 1-3pm): Learn about sun printing and plant sunflower seeds ready for summer.
  • Aromatic Lavender (Thursday, May 2, 2024, 1-3pm): Make personalised lavender bags and grow a lavender plant from a cutting.
  • Flower Power (Thursday, June 13, 2024, 1-3pm): Draw flowers inspired by great masters and create a cheerful planter.
