Restoration of the Lower Crane – a river walk with FORCE

Join Friends of the River Crane Environment (FORCE) for a walk visiting habitat improvements on the River Crane. This will be an interesting walk & talk about the present work on river improvement with re-naturalising the banks and the new fish pass at Mereway Weir. It has been organised as part of London Rivers Week. The photo shows the concrete lined reach of the river at Craneford Way Twickenham where a river restoration trial has started, will be interesting to visit to see the progress.
