Trail Walk, Crane Park

Come on a walk with us on a part of the Crane Trail and discover the magic of the River Crane as part of the Take me to the River Project. Starting at Crane Park, Hanworth, we’ll walk along the River Crane to Avenue Park in Cranford. *Please note the walk will finish at Crane Park.
