Richmond Climate Week: Marble Hill Park Heritage Landscape Tour

Come and join us for a stroll around Marble Hill Park, with its stunning Palladian Villa and its 66 acres of picturesque riverside parkland. On this tour, you will not only experience the beauty of this landscape but also learn about its heritage and history, as well as the impacts climate change could have on the park itself. Discover Henrietta Howard’s Marble Hill landscape. Discover the fascinating history behind the grotto, ice house and even lesser known details such as the ‘haha’ which still remain.

As part of London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames commitment to taking positive climate action thy are teaming up with partners at Habitats and Heritage to deliver a weeklong programme of practical activities, talks, and educational events during Richmond Climate Week. These events will run from 1 to 7 November 2021.

Their aim is that Richmond Climate Week will help our residents, businesses and communities learn about climate change, understand what can be done to help prevent it and to inspire everyone to take action.
