  • Habitats & Heritage event

Join Habitats & Heritage and our partners Thames Landscape Strategy (TLS) to bring the Rewilding Arcadia Project forward!

This 2-hour conservation volunteering session will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, benefit from outdoor work, have fun and meet new people while improving habitats for wildlife and people.

Everyone is welcome, and no experience is necessary! Full instructions, safety briefing, and all tools will be provided. We ask that volunteers bring their work/gardening gloves for the session. Please wear clothes suitable for manual work (long sleeves recommended) and boots or wellingtons, as this work is conducted in muddy conditions. Also, bring water and clothing appropriate for the weather.

For participants under 18, please ensure you are registered as a young volunteer. Details can be found here: Duke of Edinburgh Award Volunteering – Habitats & Heritage (habitatsandheritage.org.uk)

Meeting location: Ham Street Car Park, Ham Street Car Park – Google Maps
