Dementia Inclusive Litter Pick- Friendly Parks For All

Friendly Parks For All is an initiative by Richmond Council all about breaking down barriers to accessing parks. The model is being developed in Barnes Green, Carlisle Park, Ham Village Green, Heathfield Recreation Ground and Kneller Gardens – Free activities are also running regularly and these are open to all but suitable for people in wheelchairs and or using walking aids.

Join in a monthly stroll in beautiful parks and take part in a litter pick. Work with your local community to benefit people and wildlife. This activity is designed to be accessible and “dementia inclusive.”
