Bat Walk at Leitrim Park, Feltham

On Monday, 23rd September, from 6pm to 8pm, step into the hidden world of bats with our passionate bat experts. As the sun sets, you’ll embark on an adventure through Leitrim Park, learning how to spot and identify these fascinating creatures. Discover how bats navigate their habitat and how we can help improve it.

We’ll kick off the evening with a fun introduction to bat ecology and teach you how to use bat detectors. Then, we’ll set off on a circular walk from Leitrim Park to Pevensey Road Nature Reserve, where every step will reveal more about these miniature mammals.

Meet us at the Uxbridge Road entrance of Leitrim Park (closest to St. John’s Ambulance site). What three words: parts.smiled.unwanted.

This event is free of charge, and all equipment is provided. Just bring a torch, wear sturdy shoes, and wrap up warm for the adventure!

Suitable for both adults and children, but please note children must be accompanied by an adult. Book your place here
